Making chocolate chip cookies with my kids tonight ... 5 minutes until warm, soft, melt in your mouth cookies!
I have tossed the swiffer wetjet in the garbage. Puchased a Floor Mate and will never look back. Takes a bit longer to do the floor but I know it's clean by the disgusting water picked up.

We had a new dryer delivered today and OMG! Honesty to goodness, there was 3.87 in change under the dryer. Along with pebbles, crayons, lego's, a screw, the arm off of an army man, and an earring I had lost AGES ago! I was so embarrassed. Plus the silver hose thing that goes to the wall was so full! It was gross. As they were lifting the dryer to put it in the back of the truck, you could hear change rattling all around. Oh well. I'll probably have the same post again when this dryer dies and we get a new one. It is all I can do to keep up with cleaning the stuff you can see, so getting to the stuff you can't see is next to impossible.
Alright, I'm sorry. I'll send 10 degrees to each of you and keep 50 for myself. I can still get a lot done outside when it's 50.
I had to go all winter without a single snowflake. No snowmen, no snowforts or snowball fights. No hot cocoa while sitting in our snowfort after a snowball fight. So I have to find some reason to like living in a southern climate.

Despite my non-motivation mood this am I really did get quite a bit of 'work' done. I will have to celebrate this evening with an extra hour of relaxation before '24' shows.
My last dishwasher sounded like a jet plane was taking off inside the house so we ditched it. I haven't had to clean out the inside yet and hope never. I made sure to get one of those 'no need to rinse before wash' models. Old habits die hard though so I still do a quick rinse before putting them in.
Hmm ... where are my deliveries for today? Must be a late delivery day.

Yeah, insides of dishwashers, clothes washers and microwaves are the three worst things to clean. They even make this new thing that you toss inside an empty dishwasher and then run it so it cleans it out for you. I don't know if they work and it probably costs a lot more than hot water and bleach.

I'm going out now to spruce up the flower beds. I don't have any daffodils but everyone else seems to and their cheery yellow blooms have popped out all over the place today.
Tomorrow it could be cold and gray again so I'll enjoy it while it lasts!!!!
