After a long week at work and dealing with our lost dog who is very old and not in good health, I could use something to relax. I'm thinking that it's time for another tequila sunrise.

The sun has come out here!!! Yahoo!!!!! I think I'm going to go home and find the spot in the living room where it shines on the carpet and just lie there basking in the golden glow! Excuse me while I shovel in some cheesecake and run out the door!!!
I'm bringing a turtle cheesecake to share, but everyone talk loudly so I know where you are, my eyes are closed. lol
I'll second that 5 am counts and since some of us actually come in here at that hour, I'd say we just keep the bar open!
Our community Winterfest had to cancel the sled dog races, what little snow we had has been reduced to slush. We are supposed to sell Krispy Kremes there, so good thing we had a back up plan to set up a table at a local grocery store.
One of our local grocery distributors offers 2 cents for each upc and this past month I actually had someone send in their empty (almost) packets of dry taco spice mix. Egads, did that smell good when I opened the bag, and what a mess! Some folks wouldn't learn if you went to their house and schooled 'em. I just have to repeat my mantra during times like those: It's all for the kids! It's all for the kids!

I'm so stressed out and it has nothing to do with being a volunteer.
I'm dealing with custody (we haven't been together for 7+ years!!!!) and a bunch of stuff I've only ever seen on Jerry Springer. I feel like I'm in a twilight zone episode...
So make that cheesecake a fat piece! I need some comfort food.
