Cc - I laughed at the school closing comment! My two know that unless it involved ice (god forbid - I HATE the stuff) or more than 4 inches, school will be held.

I have the same promise made to my girls. If I see snowflakes, I will wake them. Though my oldest sleeps like the dead and waking her can be quite futile.

20th Reunion, huh T? I missed mine but promised my twin I'd consider our 25th - which will be summer of 2008. I'll probably figure out a way to miss that one too!

The weatherman mentioned possible snow flurries. I told hubby and shorty that I'd wake them up and drag them outside if that happens. I don't want to miss our one chance of snow! My son said, "Possible flurries, huh? Did they cancel school yet?" Talk about wishful thinking! Of course, in North Carolina that happened to us more than once!!

I love being able to tell people that I can get under a hood and do things. Doesn't hurt my moms a mechanic and owns a shop with my uncle. Much to her shame, though - I can't change a tire! I just figure......thats what AAA is for

t - We must be suckers for punishment! It's all I can figure. I'll let you know for sure after my first karate class Tuesday night. But, hey, it's paying off. I took head bolts off our Road Runner today and didn't even have to ask hubby to break them loose for me first. For those of you unfamiliar with it, head bolts are just about the hardest bolts to take off the engine. Yeah, I know, I rock. :cool:
