Good place to pull up a seat, throw the peanut shells on the floor, listen to some music ('specially my Fave which is back in Lost Angeles- C-O-U-N-T-R-Y), be 10 ten foot tall and bulletprooof while spouting off or letting of some steam (they put up with me wonderfully here)

Now that it's officially 'afternoon' for everyone ... "Afternoon(!)" and its Bloody Mary day with a green beer chaser in honor of Brandon! We want to make sure we all get our daily servings of vegetables so bottoms up all!
CC - glad the mold issues were caught before you took ownership ~ what a pain nontheless. Look at the bright side ... it will be warmer where you'll be when you move.
Luv - I would just happen to crash into the tv with something or perhaps have a round of baseball practice in the house ... I am sure the kids have to work on their swing. My husband is a Consumer Reports fanatic ... don't leave home before memorizing it. While I agree it's great to be well versed in the subject matter at the time, there is such a thing as going overboard to the point of just spinning your wheels until the next model comes out and you start the process all over again. Obviously I feel your pain.

Sounds like nice little place here. Since it's nearly St. Patty's Day I'll just take a nice, tall, green beer for now... but i'll keep my eye open for those margaritas. Thanks for the welcome.

Hi Brandon--Virginia here--I mean that's the state . PTOing for 3 years, Prez for 2 and will probably keep at it. You'll enjoy some of the rants and raves here...good place to just put your feet up sometimes...

Welcome Brandon, always nice to have a new visitor. In case you haven't figured it out already, this is a virtual bar several of us drop into to have a little fun, share some stories and many times relieve the stresses of the day.
