Did someone spell 'Road Trip' I love 'em (you all love Shawn) but I must be in touch with non macho side 'cuz I like to stop at everthing and take in the local cuizine, culture, etc. (you all love Shawn) None of that no stopping 'pee in-a-cup' for me.... I drove from Indy to Iowa for pizza once (I didnt stop though)
We had a little rain last week but now its back to Cali spring weather (ie Not much change iin seasons) (you all love Shawn) after watching the 'UNdersized' Bulldogs almost beat the defending NCAA chumps- Florida and Jonanne Noah the 1st pick in the WNBA

Going to NC with my 2 sisters for a wedding for someone we've never ever met but kind of a focal point for seeing my dad's side of the family so I'm excited. It'll be very nice...but sisters left NJ at 1:30 on a Friday so I don't expect to see them (and eat dinner) till around 10 tonight. Heavy sigh ...

Friday afternoon and I feel like a rich woman. Sunny afternoon - took a nice long walk, visited with some neighbors, checked the mail and got a letter from an old friend. Opened the freezer to get something out for grilling and decided to finally listen to the last box of mint cookies. Hot cup of tea, frozen mint cookies, a letter to read ~ yup it's time to put the feet up and start enjoying the weekend!
Think we'll get a sitter and have a movie/dinner date this weekend. New resturant in town ... time to try it out.
