Joyce- I went into our nearest Wawa store and they gave me a postcard with how & where to mail your requests. I can't seem to find the paper right now. But I will keep checking and get back to you with the info.

mhack98- I dropped off a letter at our Sams club store and it took about a month to hear back.
Just wondering since you posted about a Wawa gift card....did you go into a local Wawa or contact corporate?
Also, since you know what Wawa is, I think we're around the same area! Have you had any luck with local donations? I'd love to hear about yours and share if we can be of any help to you!

Anyway thanks for the update on the Portrait Innovation. Ours is in a near by town but we got there often as well as many people from our school. I sure hope we we get accepted..

Xofferson - I got the form and e-mail address from our closest Portrait Innovations studio.
It seems like it can be the same for everyone. So if you or anyone else wants to e-mail them its worth a shot.

I just copied and pasted our schools letter into the e-mail and shorten it a little then added the other info that was needed.

The studio you visited to get the form ( City and State)
contact info for event coordinator
Date of the event
Number of attendance
