I think I need to re-open the Hot Cocoa Bar!! d - you're first in line for a steamy, relaxing cup, your choice. It's on the house!

Ok - my xmas shopping is done, BUT, I haven't even started my mother's for her!!! She's in a nursing home and she's the 'catalog queen' since she can't get out. I have to help her do it all next week...I feel so behind schedule this year. The hardest part of all the shopping is finding something for her.

SHAWN?!?!?! - could you give us maybe just a "peep"? Little nervous between the fires out there then the Colts played San Diego this last weekend and no Colts comment from you. Hope that all is okay and that everyone is safe.

What's everybody doing for Thanksgiving? We are going to my sister-in-law's house. I'm making a new recipe I tried once and...ready? Even the kids loved it! Butternut Squash Lasagne. I know, it sounds strange but it's soooo good. Works great as a side dish.

Speaking of cooking - a lot of you have heard me talk about my 7 year old 'sous chef'. I only supervised the other night and she made stuffed chicken breasts. They were great:D She's decided to not be a rock star when she grows up. Now she's decided she would like her own show on Food Network!

Everyone have a good rest of the week - it's almost Friday. Stay warm, snows supposed to start up again tonight....

WII is good. It also accepts Game Cube games. That's what I have. It was't my decision, the WII was a gift. I love the wireless contols. My wired Game Cube game controllers got torn up too quickly. I like the Wii Sports that came with it. Bowling, Tennis, Golf, Boxing and Baseball.

I also got Carbon, a Car Racing game. It's a bit trick learning to hold the remote sideways, but can be mastered, or you can learn later about the stearing wheel you can snap the controller into. (I had already figured out the techique before I learned this).

I think the other games may have more offerings, but the hard part is deciding which you'd buy anyway.

Niece has tennis and also the boxing one. My sister-in-law loves to play it when she is visiting. Says it give the arms a real work out.

Son's coaches tonight were saying the bowling one it fun too.

Well, the kiddies have been saving their pennies and want to buy a game system. We are looking at the Wii. Does anyone have any thoughts on which system is best, easiest, etc.?? No violent games will be allowed.

Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.
