Yeah the 4 US Military papers all called for Rumsfelds resignation/ firing (although they're not Miltary mags anymore they're owned by Semi-Liberal USAToday) - not good when the whole MIltary and several ret commanders just back from Iraq are all saying 'He's a knucklehead'

Gates is a Bushman and former 'spook'- here's hoping he cleans this up before Syria & Iran start WWIII with Israel (and get thier butts spanked)

Here's hoping Kennedy and Pelosi stay far apart and dont spawn any Drug Addled Gasbag spawn ;)

Celery- Wonder if the Western Growers Assoc, Ag and others would do a "Celery = PE- it not only just good for you anymore" health campaign and school grant? ;)

OK- wasnt stupidity a topic the other day?- this has got to be close to taking the Cake

Conservatism properly applied – proudly, eagerly with vigor and honesty – will triumph nine times out of 10 in this current political environment and social environment in this country. It just wasn't utilized in this election campaign -

Hehe- rambling just (sucking up bandwith) Kinda like that sound coming out of DC (the sucking of IQ- right out the window ;) )

Did I mention Colts 8- 0 - last UNDEAFEATED team- first since GB in the 70's to go 8-0 three years straight- and with the most free agents lost, and players on Injured reserve (PATs suck)

See I'm here at work and missing out on the news! Will have to catch up when I get home. Rumsfeld is out, is that correct?

OK, a quick Google search eases my mind a little bit..... Gosh, though, I hate to say it but I'm always a little worried with GW's decisions. He's giving a press conference right now. He sure does seem to be struggling with the press today.

onaroll - Welcome back! I sounds like you and your family had an amazing time! It makes me want to go back. Isn't it beautiful when it's decorated for Christmas?

Wow, big news out of Washington this afternoon. I'll pray for our troops as these changes are bound to have a huge impact on them.

Robert Gates as Secretary of Defense? I'm going to have to read up on this guy to see what his credentials are. I hope he has more going on for him than being president of Texas A&M.

Hi All! Back from Disney. It was the absolute best week of our lives. Weather was great - 80's all week (came home to 30's  )!

You name it, we saw it, rode it, ate it, got an autograph from it, etc. Tons of pins on lanyards, one very large Mickey Mouse and a very large Stitch stuffed animal. I thought we were going to have to buy another seat on the plane!

Favorite ride? Exepedition Everest! Hubby didn't fare so well but my youngest and I went on it 3 times - and Tower of Terror.

Still have "It's a Small World" running through my head ;)

CC - The girls thought the plane ride was great for the first 20 minutes, then they got a little disappointed when they realized that what they saw out the window was all they were going to see for a few hours! I think they expected to see "plane traffic" like when we drive. Lots of activities and snacks kept them satisfied. THEN - there was running through Atlanta (huge, underground train ride included) when we landed to our connection to Orlando and arrived at the gate as the last people in line to board - whew!

The day after Halloween the parks had changed - overnight - to the Christmas decorations. Oooohhhh - I want to go back!

Sounds like everbody's been busy around here. Back to reality on my end. I got back Friday night and talked to my co-chair Saturday. Our biggest fundraiser fell $4,000 short of usual. But - we will figure it out.

Unfair to celery, that one is. The ONLY food known to man that, when you eat it, you use up more calories chewing it, than the calories it contains. Maybe schools need to feeds kids celery everyday to fight obesxity. and put PE back in schools wouldnt hurt etither.
