In regards to dates of special days and weeks I just ran across a calender in a catalog we receive at school. It's called Anderson's It's Elementary. You might want to see if your school doesn't already receive this catalog. The one I have in front of me has a catapillar on the front cover and it is for 2001-2002. So this might have been from the beginning of school year. If you can't find the catalog at school their phone #is 1-800-229-3258. The calender is printed inside the front cover. I was glad to find this.
We have been trying to find out when School Principal day was, it's listed as May 1st.
