Who has the best Santa Shop?

Is the Santa's Secret Shop you used from Fun Services? We were going to try and make this a fundraiser this year but the 2 ex board members that have run it for the past few years will not help us with anything (ordering, etc) if it is a fundraiser. I wish we were a PTO but we are PTA and they have rules about 3 service projects for every fundraiser. We have already had a book fair and carnvial so these ladies are questioning everything. ugh!

I was pleased with Santa's Secret Shop. But I've seen that some people aren't. I am not sure where you are located but Jim Conti and Sons Secret Shop was great. I made so many mistakes with that thing. It was our first. I didn't order near as much stuff as I needed to. No body dreamed of it being so popular with the kids! We made them "rain checks" (which was a mistake in itself) and I called that afternoon and talked to Jim himself. There was never an operator you always talked to a real person. He personally wrote down everything we needed and it was shipped in three days. They also sent Math lesson plans, bags, little banks, a plan book with different phases of setting up the shop, table liners, volunteer buttons. A portion of their proceeds went to the Make a Wish Foundation. We also were able to set our own prices. We didn't mark up much at all. Nothing was over $8.00 just about everything was under $2.00 and we made $1200.00 profit.

The elementary accross the county just buys things from the Dollar tree and relies on donations to purchase their stuff. Personally I don't like that for our school because we rely so much on donations for our Fall Festival.

A local florist said she used to set up at different schools and sell crafts and flowers. She would pay so much for a booth and 10% or so of her profit would go to the school. My principal said no to that because we are a small town and she was afraid feelings would end up getting hurt.

We have used Kids Korner for a few years. My son always comes home with the same junk. I have not been impressed with the items or prices. I think we are going to try Reindeer Lane this year. Them or Fun Services. Parents are requesting a new company since Kids Korner sends the same thing every year. Here are the links.

snowhite, what company did you use? I am about to sign up with Kids Corner and would like to know if there is a better option.
Thanks

We are in a hurry to find a Santa Shop. Hoping someone might be able to share which company is best. We have used Kid's Korner in the past and would like something new. Any thoughts would be great!
