This is for <popcorn> who is interested in doing a craft fair. It may be too late to do a Christams bazaar, but please consider a spring bazaar. We start "advertising" for vendors around the end of January. For us a srping bazaar is a big success, especailly since most groups mainly do a Christmas one.

We made almost $700 from renting out the tables to crafters. We also raffled off 5 theme baskets (one for each grade level). This made about $330. Also one of the crafters is a PTA mom and she donated half of her profits which was $140. We did not make any money on the food. We had a local restarant take over this part. However next year we plan on making changes with the food so that we can make money from this as well. It does take some work and planning but it does well for us. Also the community and crafters look forward to it every year.

We sponsor a spring bazaar every year. This was our 26th year for the event. We rented tables to the craft vendors for $17. We had 46 tables rented out and set up in the gym. This year the chairperson also raffled off theme baskets. All six grade levels contributed to a theme baskets. The kids enjoyed free spin art. We also sold coffee, pop, and cinnamon rolls. This event made $1109 to be exact. This is something that our community looks forward to every year.<hr></blockquote>
