If you have a contract that is signed with a delivery date then I woudl pursue it a little more with the company...use that line we have a legal contract what are going to do to make this right

did it sit on one of THEIR desks for a week, or at your school? If it's their fault, I wouldn't be off the phone until I had my product. You tell them you don't care if they have to fedex it at their expense, they have a contract with you! ( of course, this all depends on the fine print in the contract.. is there a loophole for delivery?) I would also demand a higher profit to account for the cancellations.

I'm sorry I'm not the only one this is happening to this year. We were scheduled for delivery this week but first they said next Wed, now they say the best they can do is next Mon. I can't do next week because of the holidays and vacations. I asked for my reps boss and he's suppose to be having the ceo call me back because he's the only one who can release an extra truck. What makes me the maddest is they never call you back-I need to let parents know pickup dates in advance. Sorry I don't have any other advice. I definitely will ask for something if I can't get delivery this week.

At this late date, I'd call the home office or the regional sales manager.

Call the rep and have a discussion about parents cancelling and how this will negatively affect the children's quality of school life: no funds = no activities, no books, no whatever. Becasue you have delt with them in the past strive to get them to give you $'s to make up the difference in what you would have had in fundraising if they would have preformed their duties properly. In the end you did your job by fundraising - they droppped the ball.
