Fundraising Recourse HELP!!!!

We have noticed a huge difference in the Sally Foster/Entertainment company this year. Maybe these are the changes the new CEO has made - but they are definitely for the worse.

We did our gift wrap drive with them for the second year. Last year was flawless. This year we had a huge number of backordered items that still haven't been delivered. The catalog was bad - hardly any gift wrap and lots of junk and they refused to fedex some of the backorders. The local rep says nothing he can do.

We may be switching back to Innisbrook -

Thanks for all the help. I finally made some headway today.
I have been speaking to someone right under Mary Ann Rivers and they have been bending over backwards. They were totally appalled at the service we were receiving.( Her words not mine) They are sending the kids the prizes and will making a donation to our PTO from the orders we are losing from not being notified in a better time frame.
When I told her a few things that the district manager had said to us. She was not happy at all and would be speaking to him.

SO Thanks for all your help!!!!! I just needed to be headed in the right direction and I wasnt getting anywhere with who I had.

"MaryAnn Rivers has had outstanding success building and running multi-million dollar direct marketing and couponing businesses," said Doug Lebda, President and COO of IAC. Ms. Rivers previously served as Vice President of Business Development and Product Management at Valassis, a $1.1 billion marketing services company, where she was responsible for managing the company’s integrated marketing portfolio of products and developing new products and services. Prior to this, Ms. Rivers created and grew Valassis’ newspaper-delivered product sampling division into a nearly $100 million business. I would be persistent with this- and not stop until I was a satisfied customer with a reasonable solution.

It sat on their desk. The sales rep picked it up right away on Nov 21st it didn't get submitted till a week and a half latter. I have talked to so many people there and none of them are willing to help in anyway to move the date up. The only thing they offered was they wouldn't charge us for the extra dough that they send. I told them big whoop if the parents arent getting it till after the holiday what am I going to do with all of it. They surely arent going to be buying it. I already have parents cancelling as it is.

I am going to write the CEO I can't even get a phone number for that person either. I will NEVER do business with the Entertainment company again. And I am letting all the other schools in our area know about it too.

I am just so disgusted with the whole thing.
