Not sure if you read my other post, but I went through Entertainment for our Cookie dough fundraiser with Sally Foster. Well they can't get my cookie dough here till after the holidays. The paper work sat on a desk for over a week and never got submitted.

Now I have parents cancelling their orders. Do I have any recouse with the company? I have never had this happen for and not sure what to do. Need anyone's help with this.
