Kmart offers a similar one but we found out that they sell your information to other companies. They don't use a charge card but just a card that gets scanned. We are pulling out of Kmart.

Target also has a frequent buyer program, but you must use their Target Charge card or Target Visa.

The Schools get almost 1% of the purchases made and payouts are 2x per year.
