How many is too many?

Thanks for answering for me. It's great to see others enjoy it. I know our town enjoys it so much some schools do it through the summer, there's a demand.

They have other programs also, like school supply kits and school share, where you get money back for like clothing purchase made online from some really big names.

Market Day is a fundraising company that sells frozen foods as a fundraiser. The cool thing about them is that they sell everything (entrees, appetizers, poultry, steaks, veggies, etc.) so you budget your normal purchases to include Market Day. The food is great quality and the service too. They deliver once a month to the school in a bulk delivery. I see it as a shopping service and look forward to their goodies. You can locate them at www.marketday.com (they are not in every state), in New England, for example, ShopnShare is the offshoot of Market Day. www.shopnshare.com

School mom you said you tried most of those things. So I'm trying to think of something different. I come from a 750 students K-5. We have one big one Kathryn Biech ($30,000 profit), so we really don't bug people too much after that. Market Day gives us about $7000 a year. But if those are not working for you could you hide it in other things that would be offered as a service. School Supply kits, Fun Fair, yearbook, Holiday Shoppe. Just up charge for those things and use the profit from other programs.

You said you had middle to upper class population. How about a golf tournament? Something we've been playing around with here.

the only store we have in our area for escrip is safeway. if you can find out if the grocery store in your area is part of this kind of program then it is well worth signing up just for the percentage you make from them. in addition you make a percentage from internet shopping as well as if people shop at participating stores outside your area. the hardest part is getting them to register their credit cards and shopping online through the proper "market site". schoolcash.com however does have a reminder service and it automatically comes up when shopping from a participating retailer.

good luck!

I have looked at the script website and nearly all of the businesses listed are not in my area. Am I missing something? I am in a fairly small town in New Mexico. I don't understand how to use it. Can anyone help?
