Could I also get a copy of those bylaws? I am a co-chair and to my knowledge, we have none. I have asked the last few pres. and they know nothing of what I speak! Thanks!

Go to the "Useful Resources" link (look to your left on the left navigation bar), and there you'll find several bylaw resources, as well as a link to dozens of samples.
