First - sorry it's taken me so long to reply to those of you who asked. Everyone who requested in 2003 - I sent them to you today and hope it helps. At the end of last year we moved 1300 miles, and it's taken me this long to catch up on life in general.

I just came on the PTO board at our school. The only elected member is the Treasurer because aparently no one wanted the responisbility of President. We have had some major conflicts. My thought is that there are no Bylaws & maybe with Bylaws some of what has happened my have been avoided. I want something very simple as well. The examples were more than what I was looking for. We are all busy & the simplier the better. So if I could get those Bylaws emailed to me as well that would be great! Thank you so much!
