I'll take you up on eith the tequila or ameretto slammers! What a mess. Pres. is not communicating with VP,(who is supposed to take over next year) only Sec. and she's out of town this week. Had a very large shipment of Spring fundraiser things come in and 4 of us are running around like the 3 stooges.
VP is thinking that she has too many irons in the fire, and not sure what direction she's going in... oh, by the way, VP is ME!
Stressed???? not me.........NOT. Ok, had a bad day.
So,,,Repeat after me, tomorrow is another day, tomorrow is another day.......
How about some teqiula (without the worm)!!!!!! My sec. just told me I'm too organized, we don't need by-laws, forms, reports, to vote.... We should just have fun. Am I missing something here? I've been doing this for 8 yrs, it's her second & didn't have a good example last yr., not to mention other non-profit for the kids type organizations that I've been in. She wants a free-for-all I guess.(& she's a manager at a store) I'm trying to get this group on the right track & happen top think organaztion is good & so are treasurer's reports. Stupid me!!!UGH!!!!!

I got the coffee on, I'm making it a little strong this morning!
Last night I was attacked in aerobics by a group of moms (my VP included) that were mad because the cookie dough (from Feb. sale) was hard. Then they had to complain that the meals we are providing for Parent/Teacher conf. were from the wrong sub shop. (nope, none of these moms offered to help with any of this)
My husband has pink eye and you would think he is dying. Its funny, because when I had pink eye the world did NOT stop!!!
Oh....maybe that would help with this already hetic day! My son has strep and ear infection ( great idea during mass testing to put everyone in a 75 degree room and shut the door!); we have a huge event tonight, play tomorrow and the PTO is helping with lunch tommorrow for a parent training corse. Tonights thing, no biggie, play....cool. If I get one more call for the lunch I am going to take my cookies and coffee and HIDE!! Better yet, never offer again! They keep changing the numbers! I have called the cater 3 times and I just got another call asking me to call them back! UGH. yeah we took a head count...I've done this kind of thing a million times but I guess the new office staff hasn't!
ohmgh.....SHAWN!!!! The school just called again...I'll take a cup of YOUR coffee!!!
