We welcome all! This post has been going on since before I joined in Fall 2004. I vaguely recall something about peanut shells on the floor...
I am moving this summer as well. Just up the street, but one more bedroom and a super huge yard(for in town). That is after I finish this carnival, my finals (full-time college student), and have surgery-again, for my birthday.
Sometimes it's really slow here, but we all seem to come back to it, just like our parent groups.

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris

Is this a private club or can anyone join? I don't have posts in the triple or quadruple digits, my member number is rediculously high and I don't drink margarita's but.....

I love anyone who can quote Molly Hatchet, especially my theme song, Flirtin' with Disaster. (You ROCK Shawn)

I have 1000 things to do since I'm moving in six weeks.

I'm addicted to PTO work.

I'm married to an engineer.

And I love chocolate!

My boys share one big bedroom-mainly because they all wind up in bed together in the morning if they don't. The middle child loved to draw on the walls so we did to of the walls in their room in Chalk Board Paint (1000 gallons of paint) and then we had to buy 1000 sticks of chalk, which I am told isn't as fun to use as marker! Oh, and our carnival is tomorrow and the new weather forecast is 1000 cats & dogs coming out of the sky all weekend. So I've cancelled one bounce house and put the big inflatable obstacle course in the gym, and every thing else is just a mess. I think I could use 1000 margaritas tonight and 1000 cups of coffee (with sugar) in the morning. I think tomorrow night I will be using 1000 gallons of Calgon (take me away)!

I have two girls and three boys. My dad teases us about haveing two of a kind with a full house!!

My hubby DID have it done after out third but went back to work the next day...nope not a sit down job! SO then came my "two in a million" and tons of bad jokes!

I painted a couple years ago. The boys wanted their wall the same color as their bankets grandma made. Problem...she used plaid sheets, so they have a red, white and blue plaid wall. SO...

1000 yards of tape used!

Um!! Pepsi, yup, that's what I meant.

My hubby was suppose to have that done after the third one but chickened out after the last minute SO now I have 5 boys. I took care of it after the 5th one. I didn't want anymore baby surprises. The teachers say Ive given them job security.

As far as yard work goes, just gotta finishing raking and hubby has to build a sand box. I plan on painting the rooms this summer.

1000 coats of paint on the walls......

RENEE!!! you ment pepsi RIGHT!!!

Hey Shawn, the hubby had some surgery to help us with a "baby problem" I was having.....okay 5 kids looks like a good time to stop! MAN did he get some great pain killers for that! Came in handy months later when it was time to finish the yard, you know sod, tilling, rocks, brick landscaping wall...fun.

250 cinder blocks, sounds like....not much fun there big guy. Rather lay sod...oh wait I get to replace the sod that the dog killed!
