I new to the PTO site and just wanted to say thanks for all ideas and advice I've received! I have been able to pass on a few ideas that my board really liked and we are putting them into place soon.
I really like the support and common sense I've seen here and enjoy reading over the boards.

Hey there--I'm here...just taking it all in I guess. Am proud to declare my Rutgers roots now that they are FINALLY doing something with their football team. Felt so bad for hubby yesterday as he went to coach t-ball while the game was on and he is a die hard.
Healing is going okay. First CT scan this Thursday and I'm hoping for a miraculous recovery. Now that the swelling is down on my face I can feel the mesh they inserted around my eye. Very weird...
Went to orientation to lead the troops as it were and after about 1 hour I was in a cold sweat and backing up against the wall. Husband to the rescue yet again. Got me out of there cause he knew I'd just keep going...2500 dollars of spirit wear out the door and 100 memberships.
Anyway--I think I'm at 90 percent and the other 10 percent is gonna take a while. I'll keep you posted...

Welcome to the South, Crew! Down here your team means about as much as your family. Marrying outside of the team, or heaven forbid--marrying a rival team fan, can get you in serious trouble. I (GA DAWG) married a Florida Gator! Family didn't care that he was a good hard working guy, but god forbid, a gator fan! you gotta get a plate for your truck too!! I even have GA jewelry--earrings, bracelet and matching ring.
i can't say this out loud, but I am with you on the elephant--he is cute. Can't say that out loud, my dad would pass out!
