Happy 100th day, Ohio!!! I'll bet your kids were adorable! Paint is irresistable to them. When my friend and I gathered supplies for Arts Day, we'd calculate how much paint we thought we'd need and then doubled it! They just don't get the "less is more" thing with paint....

So, LUV, what time is supper? Mmmmm, blueberries. I love blueberries. My favorite meal to make is breakfast. Yesterday I scrambled eggs for lunch. I make french toast for supper all the time. Hubby likes omelettes for lunch on the weekends.

Ooo, now I'm hungry. Eggs it is! Maybe I'll throw some cheese and onions in with them. Wow, working from home is great.

Oh, my oven door got fixed today. $184!!!!

Happy 100th day of school to me LOL!!
Had 100 day sausage pancake breakfast with the 1st graders this morning--as I was leaving they were putting on their 100 day sweatshirts and may I say I did a great job on them LOL!! Theres nothing like helping 70 first graders paint their handprints on sweatshirts till they have 100 fingerprints LOL--last week sure was a blast----I had more paint on me at the end of the day then there was in the paint bottles LOL---but the kids love their shirts and thats what really counts!! Just glad I don't have to do this again till next year!!

I'd rather have sausage and waffles than snow! Can you send some to Iowa? Hmmm, I'm thinking it might be a "breakfast for supper" night at our house--I have sausage links and some blueberries to make a yummy topping for the pancakes....

Hey LUV! We must've been posting at the same time. Shorty sure was disappointed this morning. It wasn't a snow day but I made it up to him with his favorite breakfast of sausage, waffles and chocolate milk.

I'll bet those little snow men were cute!

You know what? I think all PTO leaders should go to weather man school. I don't know exactly what they teach them there but they sure do learn how to make anything sound exciting. Yes, we were worried about a winter mess that turned out to be nothing but rain. They had news crews posted in every town and obviously didn't want to waste them. But I never saw so many weather people on TV excited about rain. I think there's a lesson in that for all of us.

So, Auburn warm up pants didn't help me much at the gym today except that it was fun for my friend and me to tease our other workout buddy who is an Alabama fan. I'm starting to see that all the fun of declaring a team has little to do with the school and everything to do with social interaction.

One person actually looked at my pants, looked at me, said "I tought you were smarter than that" and walked away. That's too funny.....
