Fall Festival

We made our fall festival games. We made games to resemble carnival games. We took whole sheets of plywood and painted it. One is a lion with his mouth open, you toss a bean bag or ball into mouth. We did a Noah's Ark, but of course it was called Animals Aboard, this plywood had the ark painted with lots of animals, the portals on the side of the boat where open for bean bag animals to be tossed into. We had the knock the whale over game. We made a shelf and hinged wooden whales to the shelves. Knock three over you win. Also Penny pitch, drew circles on the plywood, painted each circle a bright color, background white. Throw penny into circle to win. We borrowed our bus garage's radar gun and had a speed throw at the ball diamond. Many dads were excited to see how fast they could throw the ball. We had a parent calling contest. Lots more idea. I can email you the ideas. Let me know. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

</font>[/QUOTE]False Start....I took those big coffee cans and painted them yellow and then drew squares on them to resemble cobs of corn. Screwed them onto some painted wood to resemble corn stalks. We use them as a ball toss game. You can do smaller cans as well for more points.
