We are an elementary school with approximately 650 students in K-5. Last year we held both events at our school last year and had a wonderful turnout. It was the first time either event had been planned for the school so we really weren't sure what to expect. We held Muffin with Mom in October and had approximately 350 attend. In March we held the Donuts with Dad and had even better attendance . . . 450!!!
As for info on how to plan one, we sent out a flyer with an rsvp at the bottom so we would know approx how many to expect. We ordered the muffins/donuts and had plenty of milk, juice and coffee on hand. Everyone seemed thrilled! We already have both events on the calendar for the 2005-2006 school year!
I know this may sound stupid, but I have seen that alot of schools doing Muffins with Mom and Donuts with Dad but if anyone has information about how they have organized one and what time they have it I would appreciate it. Thank You
