Ok, this isn't a product, really, but I wish the magazine came 3-hole punched. I get a gardening magazine like that and you can purchase a nice binder to hold the back issues, plus an index of all the articles in the back issues (for one year). I have issues of PTOToday scattered all over my house and now I want to pass them along to the next treasurer. Kinkos might be able to 3-hole drill them, but what if they came that way? I personally would love to have copies of the articles (in a hand out format)about "The Value of Being Involved", Being needed, many ways to help, etc,that were featured in your magazine. I believe they were all in one issue. I really love that kind of info and it would be great to have as a hand out or to be put in a booklet for PTO members. I was very inspired by them and many other articles.Thanks !

Regarding posts about checklists and volunteer logs: Not sure whether I've mentioned this here before. We use Futures Program, which has a manual with checklists for events. they aren't specific to some of the events you've mentioned but a good start. Also, has softwre with capability to keep track of volunteer hours and activitiers plus quite a few other things. It was pretty inexpensive and easy to use.
a calendar that has all school employee days (including custodians, teachers, nurses, secretarys, principals, etc.) and other school or pto related holidays (tv turn off, national education week, read across america, volunteer days, etc)we would celebrate. We usually need the dates by the march before the next school year and it is so hard to find them all in one place!That would be a godsend!!!!!!
