Agenda topic forms are a one page overview of detailed information of an agenda item. In our case we used them to inform the membership regarding membership in the National PTO Network and another one to purchase insurance.

I'd be happy to email/mail you a copy of what it looked like.

Could not have lived without mine during the general meetings. We never had formal board meetings.

Hi I was wondering if anyone was using AGENDA TOPIC forms at their board and membership meetings.

If you are have you found them to be helpful.

My is an adiminstrator for a city and finds them very useful. I presented them to our board and membership on several different topics and found them to be easy to use and helpful to help the memberhip understand where we were coming from.

Your thoughts are appreicated.
