PTOBoarder -

Email me out a copy of the agenda topic form if you don't mind. I would like to see what it actually is as I have never heard of it before.

Just do me a favor and put agenda topic forms in the subject line or I might delete it thinking it is spam. Spam, Spam, Spam! :D

I just read through this thread (finally). I have never heard of an agenda topic form[/I. But this might be because it is an ordinary agenda? Is it a "formal name" for an agenda or is there something more to it than that?

Someone please enlighten moi....in a "101 dummies" style ;)

WOW! I didnt realize how many ppl had never heard o this. I took over last year as President and at every monthly meeting we present a budget report and the agenda sheet so that we dont get off track and run out of time and so that we dont forget to perhaps bring up some important issue. It really helps organize your meeting and keeps us from wondering off track.
