What do you do about women who have never been on PTO before, come in take a position, then act as if they have all the answers, make the president feel and look bad, when she has a heart of gold and everyone loves her except these 3 women. In all the years I have been at this school and have volunteered I have never seen anything like it. They come in and just stir up trouble. They are rude to people who are helping and act as if they are God's gift to PTO. Absolutely no people skills. If you don't see things their way they get mad. Its like a cliche (Spelling?) So may of us don't even want to volunteer anymore, especially if they have to work with these women. I was going to try to be the president of PTO next year to help turn it around and start off fresh. but if they are on the board I am not going to be on it. I will not put myself or my family through the grief that the present president is going through. The saddest thing of all is that all of this affects the kids. Sorry...just needed to vent.
