The software program that I'm talking about is something that the organization can use. Sort of like an Access database or Excel but something that is easier and can be used by everyone. I don't know, I was just wondering.

Also, if someone created a volunteer program, how much do you think PTO's would pay for it? Just wondering, I have someone that I would like to talk into creating such a software program, he just not sure how much a PTO would pay for it.
