I'm glad you found the site useful Angela. If you have any questions, I can try and help you out. You can email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I update it regularly and that is the KEY to having a successful website. No one wants to look at something 1-2 months old anyways.

Good luck on your website and publish the address later so we can check it out!

Okay... your right SpeedyG...

Honestly, once the parents type in the website address once, all they have to do is put it in their favorites and never type it again.

I already have it memorized!

I went with orgsites.com. How easy it was to set up (even for someone as computer illiterate as myself)! However, HTML is very different and it has taken me a bit to get used to. I must say though I am enjoying the learning process! The site is still under construction, and every day I have been adding a little here and there or just tweekin' it a bit.

Thanks for the advice! Those of you who are wanting to create a web site... www.orgsites.com is a good start.

We don't pay for one since we didn't know how much of a response we would get. I believe we have over 1000 hits since October 2004. I think that is pretty good. The website will be on everything this year too so hopefully the word will get out more.
Orgsites is really good and very user friendly. Try it and see how it goes.

Looks good! Sorry....I'm not very computer savvy..... where do I go to start a web site?

Okay.... I got it! Now I want feed back from all of you. In your opinion is it worth "paying" for a web site when you can have your "own name" domain or having a "free" one with the longer address? I am new to this web site thing. My goal is to get more participation as well as communication with our parents and feel this would be a great way to do it.

Thanks in advance for your input!
