Hey, I'm president of the PTA for the Autumn Lane Elementary in Rochester, NY. We sent IPI a check for $6,047 in October and they cashed it the same day they got it. Like you, we didn't get our orders either. The kids in our school are pre-k thru 2nd grade. ages 4-8. That's who he stole from! Justin DiNorscia is despicable!
I hope we are able to get justice for our organizations!

I learned through Eric Ruths article in the DelawareOnline News Journal that he knew way back in the summer that he was in dire straights. He should not have taken our orders in the first place, knowing he could not fill them! To me, that proves that he knowingly stole from our kids.

We are also in contact with our General Attorney's Office, The Delaware BBB and the Delaware State Police. If someone knows another route to take, please post it here to share with everyone. Thanks, Tammy

We lost $10,000 with IPI, but were not sure what to do either. Contacted the Better Business Bureau who put me in touch with the Delaware State Police, but still have not got a phone call back from them. What else can we do? Better Business Bureau has contacted the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau says it is a criminal matter. Any ideas?

So, do you plan to sue them or what? That is, in a legal sense, theft. You don't decide overnight to become bankrupt. It's a long thought-out process. If this company knew what was going to happen, they shouldn't have taken any orders. Now, you have paid for a product which you didn't get. They are legally bound to return the money or delivery the product. You may want to contact the state attorney general of IPI's state after going through your local channels (principal, membership, etc.) Keep us posted on the message board.

I recently signed up to do a fundraiser with IPI fundraising and my team sold 558 cheesecakes. We gave them over $4,000 and they never delivered my product. A couple of days ago I received an e-mail saying they had closed down and they cannot refund money or provide products. If anyone knows what I can do please contact me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. because I am getting frustrated.
