Some great advice to add your complaint with the aouthorities, etc etc.

The missing advice? Contact an attorney!

Criminal law is sweet revenge, civil law is sweet cash back if any is to be had.

Your attorney can find out if you are dealing with individuals or a corporation and advice what avenues you should take.

I am wondering if anyone has heard about the IPI Fundraising deal. Has anyone actually talked to the Delaware State Police to find out if charges are going to be brought against the owners of this company? I have tried to call them several times and have found out Detective Paulene Waibel is the one to talk to, but have only been able to leave messages. Have never gotten to actually talk to someone. Any information would be appreciated.

I am the reporter who first exposed IPI's troubles in New York with Autumn Lane Elemetary in Greece. I am now working in the Baltimore area and would like to help any school groups in Maryland who never received their orders.

My name is Dawn and I'm a producer at CBS 6 News in Albany, NY. We are doing a story tonight on IPI Fundraising leaving local schools in the lurch. We know of one local school district affected but are looking to see if there is anyone else in the Albany area affected. If you have any information, please let me know. My number is 518-381-4968. Thanks!
