I hear ya' about cashing out becoming chaotic. At our first big off-site auction, the cashiers, who I thought had been duly trained, all just dumped their cash boxes into one big envelope and left. No counting, no accountability. Yikes! Then, I ran around in a panic picking cash out logs and completed bid sheets up off the floor as the clean up crew started their job. I am a fanatic about data (some would say "anal"), and I was astonished that our volunteer cashiers didn't share my passion. [img]smile.gif[/img] Check your email.
