Our bid sheet design is on the auction tools cd in the PTOToday auction toolkit, so you can see the layout there. We create it out of MSAccess, but you could design a similar form in word or excel and just fill in the info manually. I revised the cash out procedures above to make them more complete so you don't need to ask for anything by email. Maybe Tim will post them on the bonus tools??!!

Critter- you've got your stuff together- I LOVE IT. I would love a copy of your bid sheets, and any more info you would be willing to share...
