Pre pay we did post pay on candy bar sale...Nightmare. I had to do an OOPs letter as in did you forget to pay? Keeping a long on over 380 students was horrible. I would never suggest post pay no matter what.
Just an aside to the topic. Isn't it sad that there are people so low that they will take advantage of an organization that helps kids?? Maybe there should be increased penalties for people who steal merchandise/write bad checks to non-profit organizations.
If you want to do post pay, just start banging your head against the wall now...maybe you'll be used to the frustration and pain by the time you hold the fundraiser.

We never do post-pay. I can't imagine trying to collect for bad checks when they already have the merchandise - or trying to getting stuck with ordered merchandise that doesn't get picked up. Too much risk for our organization.
