I am a new PTO president for this coming year and I am trying to revive an almost dead PTO. I wanted to do a fall or spring carnival with games, rides, food, etc. but I have NO IDEA where to start. I remember going to them as a child when my school would put them on but I have no idea about the behind the scenes stuff. I wanted to do it for a fun night but also for a fundraiser so any suggestion on how to get started or tips and hints would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
