Our PTO is all for having a carnival again, but we can't do it without the teachers help, We consist of about 13 members and the teachers are not wanting to have it because the past few years the principle has done this and there has never been any organization to the carnival so they are fed up. Please help-- We have our carnival in October and I want to start now in organizing it. I need to get my stuff together before I go to the teachers.
