I am have grave concerns about our kids' korner gift shop we are presently running. On Nov. 14 we received our kids korner shipment, after the shipment was delivered I noticed that we had alot less then we did the year befor, I contacted our rep. Darlene Fultz and told her my consurns. She did not seen interested and told me to reorder every day if I had to but she would not send more supply out to us. We started to unpack and noticed that we were short 10 items that they did not send at all. Once again I call our Rep. Darlene Fultz and told her of my consurns. She told me to log what we were missing and to log the box # we received and to fax her the list. Her Husben call me back, using quite strong language and making it quite clear to me that they have never in the past or now made a mestake and they sent me just what the intended to send me and if I did not like it to bad for me.We finished seting up and opened that night for a parent preview night. At the parent preview we sold $121.88 (99) items, we sold out of 10 items.I placed a reorder that night. The nex day Nov. 15 we opened for the frist of our classes to come in. We had 6 of our 32 classes shop that day. We sold $685.78 (343) that day. We ran out of 15 more items, I called in a nother reorder making shue I did not reorder the same thing as I did the first time. We have not even had 25% of our school shop yet and we are all redy out of 25 items. The Rep's husben call the school and spoke to the vice-principal. He was extreamly rude to her and refused to speek to me. He told her that I was nothing but a lyer and that their is no way we sold that meny Items and he would not send us more untill he felt we needed more items. The beging shipment was around 1000 Items and we sold 442 Items. The vice principal said she would take cair of thing, but I found the E-mail address of the corp. office and I am thinking about writeing to them, what would you do? P.S. it will be a cold day in Florida befor I ever use this program agine . I need you advice!!!!!!!!!!
