List your fundraisers!

We've used our auction as a great fundraiser. We made about $100,000 last year.

This year we wanted to try something new so we went to a Washington-state company named Jungle Mungle which sells office and school supplies.

They give back a percentage of sales back to the school in the form or a check or gift certificate.

We got a check for around $6000 from them.

Basically all we had to coordinate was to ask all the parents to buy their school supplies for the year from them. We have about 1000 kids in our school and our participation was low. Next year, we should get an even larger check!

Word of mouth is the best advertisement! I love hearing first hand what has worked and what hasn't for fundraising. Thanks all to some great ideas! Keep them coming!
