Our school is having a halloween hallway this year and I am in need of ideas that the kids can carry out. What have you had the kids create? what worked best, etc.

I just found a great idea for your black light room in the OTC book. Glow in the Dark Halloween Tattoos. They are on pg. 25 are $3.95 per 6 dz and very cute. Halloweenish but not scary and just the outline glows. I ordered mine today. Also they have some different colored police beacon lights that you might could do something with. I'm using them in the dance hall.

One more thing - put mats and such out at the end for an obstacle course. The kids will come out laughing and panting. They'll want to do it again and make others want to try it too.

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WOULD WORK FOR A ROOM BUT I DO A MAD SCIENTIST AS PART OF MY HAUNTED HOUSE. I SET UP TABLES AND HAVE FOODS THAT THEY CAN TOUCH THAT I CALL MONSTER PARTS. WEIRD LIGHTS IN THE ROOM SET THE ATMOSPHERE. USE SOME BEAKERS AND TEST TUBES FILLED WITH COLORED WATER. I USE PEELED GRAPES FOR EYES, PISACHIO NUT SHELLS FOR FINGERNAILS, DRIED CRANBERRIES FOR BLOOD CLOTS, ECT. I HAVE A COMPLETE LIST--IF YOU WANT IT EMAIL ME.
