we have a sports organization that gets Outback to do their food for their opening day ceremonies. The come with the grills and serve burgers & Chicken sandwiches with chips and all the trimmings and condiments and paper goods. The organization provides the drinks. They do a great job and the food is excellent. Normally they do all the cooking and members of the organization serve the food. They sell food and drink tickets at a table so that when people come up they are just handing the servers their tickets and are not dealing with money at that point. I was not aware they did steak dinners. What a great idea for a nice evening!

Sounds really interesting. How did you go about getting this?

Our elementary school was awarded an Outback Steak House Dinner. They bring 200 steaks and personnel and grills and do the steaks. They also bring the salads. We have to make the rolls, the baked potatos and the desserts.

Has anyone else out there had experience with these Fundraisers? Ours is coming up on Feb. 23. I would really like to hear what worked, or didn't work at your Outback Fundraisers.
