I would suggest an ad in the local papers or church bulletions. You could also talk with places that have hosted craft fairs in the past to get contact names or check flea markets. Hope that helps.
This sounds like a great idea. Is this a fundraiser? How are you finding the vendors? Where will you hold this? Is it for people who make their living off of selling crafts, or is it for anyone who wants to donate a craft or two?

I am the event chairperson for our first Arts & Crafts Spring Fair.(we are in st louis) I have searched the net for ideas and have found MANY here. Thank you to everyone, however, I am struggling with how to get in touch with crafters to invite them to our fair. I would appreciate any help on this matter or anything regarding an Arts & Craft Fair.
