Pto problems!

Do you not have 2 treasurers--??? per our by-laws we have 2 treasurers to sign checks and we must have 2 signatures on our checks---
We also allow the president and vice president to sign checks as well and we all bonded---
This way even if the treasurer is not available-- some one is to sign checks and take care of the books-- and for us everything is computerized since we used PTOManager software-- well worth the money and everything goes much smoother now. Good luck to you--- stay strong and remember your there for the kids and to make their school experience better--

Thanks to each of you who wrote back to me. I really appreciate it. I am not going to say that this year does not have some disappointments in it. I don't know why I have had to deal with her. One day maybe I will figure it out. Please pray that the rest of this year goes well and quickly. Thanks to each of you again.

Sounds like an adult bully to me. You called her bluff...she figured out you won't take it....Been there...not easy to deal with, but from experience, you may have gotten things on the right track, even though it was the "hard way". Hang in there....Keep your focus on the kids and school....sounds like she's just in it to be able to say she's an officer...like we all know that's a big whoop..hahaha. Best wishes.

How much longer is her term?

Also, remember that the resignations of the other two members will have to be dealt with (submission of them constitutes a motion) at the next board meeting unless they, too, rescind their resignations before then.

Unfortunately, after we went through all of this. The confrontation was on a Friday, on Monday she sent out an email saying that she was sorry and that she had prayed about what she had did etc. I did not respond, because I felt like I had done nothing in the first place and that this is a hoax. You are right she took back her resignation and said that she did not want to resign. I believe this has got to be my test, unfortunately I am not passing it to well. Right now, I have got to dig pretty deep to forgive her. I pray for guidance but right now, I just don't believe that she is sincere in her apology. Therefore, my guard will be up with her at all times.
