Has anyone done this? This past year our school hired two new Asst Princ and this fall they have now become Principals (we now have four). Anyway we had so much trouble and confict because the ones (PTO) gals that have been here for years just did our thing and the new Principals had issues every step we took.
Being one to "keep the peace" with three new officers and new faces with the school, I am hoping meeting for lunch out side of school would be a great way to take a moment and get to know each other. I do think we should pay our own way.
Does anyone else do this? what do you do?
