We are also looking into changing from a PTA to a PTO. I would really appreciate any information such as the by-laws that you may be able to provide. May I e-mail you as well? Kris

Roberts Rules of Order newly revised 10th edition is a good reference book. You can email me for a copy of my by-laws: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
You may even be able to use part of your pta by-laws, also.

We are currently a PTA and are considering changing to a PTO. Where do we start when figuring out new By-laws? Does anyone have an example that we could use as a guide?
