:confused: Our prochial school's PTL has collected a small "fee" at the beginning of the school year. They considered it optional but didn't tell anyone and just included the amount in the total payment for tuition. Now they say that they have "closed" meetings of just the board members because they "are of like mind" and they don't want to increase the "chaos" by having more people attend the open meetings that they do have. Is this legal since they collected money?
