I also would appreciate a copy of bylaws. We are looking at possible make changes to ours, so it would be nice to see some samples.

We revised our bylaws a couple of years ago and I got a very helpful link off this site. I just can't remember how to get to it. I think it was an example of a certian school. Anyone remember?

I would also appreciate copies of bylaws. Our are over 12 years old and no one knows what is involved in updating/changing them.
