Hello everyone and thanks for the all these great threads. As a new president on a new PTO I have lots of questions. I know nothing, But I am working on my crash course in PTO management. Have my first meeting with the principal today at 2:50.

MY questions is about Bylaws. Do we draft our own from scratch? Would someone be willing to send me there copies of there By Laws so I can read through them and figure out what I'm supposed to do? Is there a place you suggest that might help me in developing our By Laws?

In the mean time I will keep searching here. Lots of great help here.
