To Miranda- please be cautious of the person suggesting websites here. We hired her and no, there was no help (only ideas and those are available free, google "auction games") and $3,000 we are still trying to explain to our parents exactly what we paid for. The spenditure caused much friction within our school and small community. Seeing these posts here made me feel sad, this was a safe, non selling, forum. It is unfortunate to see someone posting from a profit making company.
Anyone successful with the broadway shows or any other shows in NYC?
Diana Disney doesn't require hotel and airfare, but universal and sea world do. We got a rental house that I personally have rented for the last ten years to donate two nights....I also got Wonderworks museum and a water park to donate. I am including four mouse ears that I bought on clearance and we are hoping for airfare to get sea world and universal. I also have tried a couple of other attractions fun pier mideval times Arabian nights legoland etc. waiting to hear back from them!

I am in the middle of preperations for an auction and am not having the success that many of you are with some of these naitonal contacts: I have gotten no's from: Coach, Coke, Jane Yolen (author), Turkey Hill, Cuisinart, etc. Any pointers from anyone?
I have mostly gotten no's from Orlando. we did not give ourselves enough time to ask for Disney. I do have a question--it seems that I read that you have to show proof of airline and hotel in order to get a donation from Disney?
