The drink is just what I needed. I tell you what, I do not like substained winds of 55 mph. I live in a mobile home for goodness sake!!! I thought the wind was gonna take the roof off. The weatherman said we would only have gusting winds up to 30 mph. Boy was he wrong!!!!!!All week he has told us that we will be fine!!! My school is oK I don't think it has any damage.(do you think it could be because it's right between 2 churches?? Thank You God!)Anyway, pass the wings and keep the drinks coming while I search the web for more ideas on obedience and character education. Know of any web sites?

Let's put the dressing in a couple bowls and we had napkins over there..

I was born in Iowa and my husband's evil boss sent our family to Colorado 6 1/2 years ago. I joke about his boss as I worked for him while in college and after the transfer he quit and the company was sold to another! UGH! ANyway, this summer we would have these trenchal down pour of rain for no longer than an hour often with hail. Just crazy.

Iowa we have heavy rain and tornados but it's a different rain. Pounding, not so windy.

It's exactly 4:49 here in Florida. Time ya mix it and blend it--it will be 5 (he,he,he) I think I saw the magarita mix when I was hiding in the pantry. What do you want done with the dressing? If ya don't mind my asking, Teen what state are you from?

Hey guys/gals let's bring out that blender, wings, zuccini, fried mushrooms and gallon jug of ranch dressing!

Friday I helped serve lunch to 80 teachers, Saturday night was a spoogetti (my 2 yr old!) dinner at church for 100 and Sunday Youth Group registation...no hurricane just want people to stop calling me for a few days!!! :cool:

Hey Tiner and Busy, what about home schooling or are any churches still standing? Community centers? Our church basement met it's doom with a water main break and three inches of rain in a couple hours with in two days of each other! Then the cleaning crew found mold, construction crew found aspestos. Our Sunday school is trying to find new places to go also!

AAHHH enough of that, let's get this stuff in the fryer and (Teen motions to Tiner) help me with this ranch dressing!

Everyones thoughts, prayers, and free drinks did a world of good here. Thanks! Unfortunately, the school district didn't fare so well. Last storm, 29 of 36 schools had some type of damage and a lot of mold. This storm has done more damage than the last. The last day of school was Sept. 1, and school is closed until further notice. The school board is about to get creative.

Tiner, please be joking about the other storm, :eek: as I haven't seen the news. I guess it's time to start looking at the tv again.
